At eGoodWash.my, customer satisfaction is out utmost priority as we offer refunds, replacement of unwanted or defective clothes after use our
services. This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about your right to proof any damages (if applicable) and receive a refund for the services
paid on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to return and refund for the damage.
Please read the Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund on the product or service purchase
via our e-commerce website.
1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer returns, refunds of damage clothes due to our treatment services such as washing, ironing and dry cleaning. You may be
entitled for a full or partial refund in which the amount is based on service charges or invoice statement.
2. REFUNDS
We offer refund for the product or service purchased if:
Customer claim is genuine and the damage is caused directly by our treatment and services
Customers may be eligible for a refund provided that:
The cloth is returned in its original packaging as delivered
The cloth remains sealed and unused
The cloth must not be damaged or altered at the time of return
The product will be returned with the invoice/receipt issued for its service.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Not withstanding other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
You received the cloth after our service, but simply changed your mind
You misused or mishandled the cloth in such a way that caused damage to the material.
You are aware or notified of the problems even before we start work on the material.
You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
You may not like our service or simply just don’t want to pay for the work we have carried out.
4. EXEMPTED CLAIMS
Not withstanding other provisions of this policy, we may not accept any refund claim for the following reasons:
Claim due to misunderstanding or wrong selection of service request by customer.
Damage or loss causes by customer directly or customer transporter
Any third party material or sharp metal object belongs to customer or inserted along with material.
Damage or loss not causes directly to our treatment service.
5. REFUND CLAIMS
The clothes may be returned as it is in original condition packed and delivered back to us within 24 hours from the delivery date. The
returns are to be sent to the following address:
