Terms & Condition

Customer satisfaction is the eGOODWASH first priority. We assureall your laundry needs are fulfill with utmost care as if it were our own.  However, we still need to agree to some rules to ensure that there are no misunderstandings about eGOODWASH Laundry’s (referred to as "we," "us," "our", or "Goodwill Ecogreen Laundry") or your obligations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions.


eGOODWASH Laundry is a service provided by Goodwill Success Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

Customer can opt for Wash-and-Fold Laundry or Wash-and-Iron Laundry Terms

eGOODWASH laundry provides dry cleaning service for selected cloth or material suitable for laundering.

By using eGOODWASH service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. eGOODWASH will not be responsible for any damage to clothing or material that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

Damaged Laundry

eGOODWASH policy with utmost care on your clothes will do anything to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we don't have time to check your pockets to see if you have left anything in them. Therefore, we can't be held responsible if something left in your laundry (like screw, sharp object, lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. Similarly, if you have missed any important valuable items in your pocket, we cannot guarantee that we will find and return it to you. We would like you to empty the pocket before pass the clothing or material to us.?

All laundering processes, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline the cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble. 

Any damaged items must be reported to goodwillsuccess@yahoo.com and attached digital photos. For dry-cleaned items deemed damaged, eGOODWASH Laundry may reimburse you by paying up to five (5) times the charge for treating the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. In any case reimbursement for damaged wash and fold items shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load.

We wash all items together as our standard procedure.  But if you divide your clothes into two separate bags before you drop us your clothes, we can run two separate loads. Note that we do not separate clothes according to your instruction, and ask that you do the separation and take responsibility for what's in each load. Along the same lines, we can't be held responsible for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching).

Lost Laundry

We would love to be able to inventory every piece of laundry you give us. Unfortunately, it is cost-prohibitive for us to do so. As a result we can't be held responsible for any lost laundry; we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we actually received any particular piece of laundry in the first place.

Rest assured though, we carefully track your clothes. For instance, your clothes are never loose in our facility unless they’re inside a machine, on the folding table, or in their own laundry cart waiting to be folded.

If you do believe you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes, we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early.

Any reimbursement for a dry-cleaned items deemed lost by eGOODWASH Laundry, our Laundry may reimburse you by paying up to five (5) times the charge for treating the item. In any case reimbursement for lost wash-fold or wash-iron items shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load.

Dry Cleaning Terms 

eGOODWASH Laundry will inventory all dry cleaning items once they arrive at the launderette to be cleaned. This inventory is final, and we will track your items carefully to return them to you. However, in the event of loss or damage of dry cleaned items, we shall be limited to five (5) times the charge for treating the garment (for example, a maximum refund would be MYR40 for a laundered &trouser or MYR40 for a pair of jeans). Should you find an issue with one of your pieces, please notify us within 24 hours of your collection.

As with our standard laundry process, eGOODWASH Laundry cannot be responsible for wear and tear resulting from cleaning, for very delicate items such as buttons or sequins, or for clothing missing proper care labels.




General Terms for All Services 

Scheduling and Payment

If you no longer want our service, simply let us know within four (4) hours of collection and we will cancel it. Although we truly hope you are satisfied with our services, once we have laundered your clothes, we cannot offer a refund.

To make life simpler, we round to the nearest pound when weighing your laundry to determine if you have exceeded your allotted weight limit. If you have exceeded your weight limit we will promptly notify you of any surcharge. Of course we don't anticipate having any problems with customers refusing to pay an appropriate surcharge, but just in case, we reserve the right to hold your laundry hostage until we are paid in full. 


We use commercial laundry detergents for all our personal laundry customers, under normal circumstances we do not expect any irritation to occur. However, if you have special requirements, do inform us and we will do our best to accommodate. If you provide us with your own detergent and softener, we will use them be the charges will not be discounted.


We hope to provide a convenient service to all our customers and can leave orders outside residences,with hotels concierge or receptions, provided the customer gives written consent. However, once delivery has been made, we will not be held responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any items. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items after delivery by eGOODWASH Laundry. 


At any time, eGOODWASH Laundry may at its discretion keep records of your garments and retain, store, display or reproduce such records which may include images or photographs, and associate such records with your name or other profile information for commercially reasonable periods for archival, inventory purposes, quality control, loss prevention, and or data collection. 


As our business changes, we may want to modify some of terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarise yourself with any changes.


Although we think we are generally agreeable people, we recognise that eGOODWASH Laundry and you may have a dispute. In this event, you agree that any legal action pertaining to this agreement, or eGOODWASH Laundry generally, shall be conducted in accordance to the laws of Malaysia.


eGOODWASH Laundry may deliver notice to you under this Agreement by means of electronic mail or a general notice on the Site. You may give notice to eGOODWASH Laundry at any time via electronic mail to the Site at goodwillsuccess@yahoo.com.
